According to a recent revelation in the newest issue of Weekly Famitsu magazine. Which is commemorating Xbox’s 20th anniversary in Japan, this is the case.

As of February 6, 2022, a total of 2,345,975 Xbox systems have been sold in Japan, according to the study.

The great bulk of them were Xbox 360 sales, with 1,616,128 units sold.

Microsoft has made renewed efforts in Japan with its most recent console launch. Xbox Series X and S launched day-and-date with other territories last November.
